 Jocelyn Bethune
Storyteller at heart

I am a storyteller at heart.

As a professional writer, I understand how to make your words memorable. I am a mature writer with decades of experience. I have been a reporter chasing stories and a corporate public relations writer, creating important strategic messages. I have created brochures, social media posts; have written, edited & proofread articles, listicles, reports and books. I simply love words and crafting them to get your message across in engaging & powerful ways.

I love history - everything about it - learning about people, their biographies, how they lived their lives. Researching in online archives & real libraries is like time travel for me.  Whether it is 'fresh' history (a controversy printed in a newspaper in the last few decades) or a diary entry from the 19th century in a long forgotten letter in some dusty archives, my goal is to find it and put it in context so we understand ourselves a little better.
